From 180-Lap Karting to World Records

Kevin Foster is rising fast through professional open-wheel motorsport. His journey began at age three riding dirt bikes alongside his father, Les, a commercial pilot. When Les suffered an injury that temporarily grounded his flight license, father and son channeled their shared drive into karting when Kevin was 13.

The speed clicked right away. Kevin and Les spent grueling 180-lap days at the kart track, learning how small chassis adjustments drastically change cornering balance. After working through early funding hurdles, a massive opportunity opened in 2022.

Kevin entered the FEED Racing shootout at Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours in France, a program co-founded by 1997 Formula 1 World Champion Jacques Villeneuve. Competing against top drivers from around the globe, Kevin won the shootout scholarship. The prize: a fully funded seat in the 2023 FIA French F4 Championship.

In his rookie season in Europe, Kevin proved he belonged on the front row. He claimed 1 victory, 2 pole positions, and 10 podium finishes to secure 3rd overall in the championship.

Kevin applies that same relentless discipline in simulation. In iRacing's Super Formula SF23, he holds multiple world record lap times, testing tire degradation and braking benchmarks daily to prepare for real cockpit opportunities in GT World Challenge and IndyCar.
