Simagic finally showed off the finished version of its P-Active pedal today. After teasing active pedals in glass cases at past shows, the real version is now up for pre-order on Simagic's website right before the SimRacing Expo in Frankfurt kicks off.
Each pedal costs $999 USD and starts shipping on November 18, 2026. Because it uses a built-in motor instead of normal springs or rubber blocks, you can set a single P-Active pedal to act as your brake, gas, or clutch right inside the software.
- A strong belt-driven motor creates the pedal resistance instead of rubber bushings.
- You can use it as a brake, throttle, or clutch pedal depending on what you need.
- Adapter kits let you bolt it straight onto Simagic P1000 or P2000 pedal plates.
Pre-orders are live now for $999 per pedal and ship out November 18.
- Switch from a super stiff formula brake to a soft road car pedal with one click.
- Feel ABS pulsing, tires locking up, and engine vibrations right through your foot.
- Simagic also announced a free 21 Nm power update for Alpha EVO Pro wheelbase owners.
All settings are controlled inside the SimPro Manager app on your PC.
Fits Easily on Normal Rigs
A lot of motorized pedals are huge and stick way out the back of your rig. Simagic used a belt-driven setup so the motor sits tucked in neatly, making it much easier to fit on tighter cockpits without hitting a wall or frame bar.
The coolest part for current Simagic owners is that you do not have to throw away your current pedals. If you already run P1000 or P2000 pedals, you can buy just one P-Active for your brake foot and mount it right next to your normal throttle.
Showing Up in Frankfurt This Weekend
Simagic is bringing the P-Active pedals to Hall 12 at the SimRacing Expo in Frankfurt from October 16 to 18 so people at the show can try them out. Jorrel is heading out to Frankfurt for the weekend, so we might get to see if he has a chance to hop in a rig and try them out, though with how packed the show floor gets we will have to wait and see what booths he checks out.
