Right as motorized pedals are taking over the news before the Frankfurt SimRacing Expo, Simucube just revealed the ActivePedal Sport—its cheapest motorized pedal yet.
Coming in around €901 before tax, the Sport model is built to give everyday sim racers the same motorized brake feel as Simucube's super expensive Pro and Ultimate pedals without costing as much as a real used car.
- Pushes back with up to 100 kg of force and up to 60 mm of pedal travel.
- Lets you change how stiff or soft the pedal feels inside Simucube Tuner software.
- Sends real ABS vibrations and tire lockup shakes straight into your foot.
No rubber springs to swap out by hand when you switch cars.
- Smaller body makes it easier to bolt onto normal aluminum rigs.
- Works alongside Simucube's regular throttle pedal or a second Sport pedal.
- Set up on demo rigs at Simucube's booth in Frankfurt all weekend.

Active Pedals Are Finally Getting Cheaper
For the last couple of years,Simucube's active pedals were dream gear that cost well over two thousand bucks. Seeing Simucube drop the ActivePedal Sport in the exact same week that Simagic launched its $999 P-Active pedal is awesome news for regular drivers. Unless you want leg-crushing formula brake pressure, 100 kg of force is plenty for almost any home rig.
